From my understanding, yes, CF33 trial must come first. At the very least, it must be shown to be safe and tolerable. I believe the company is pretty confident of achieving that just like how they have shown the B-cell platform to be safe and tolerable. That is probably why they schedule the combo trial to start early 2022.
