For those concerned (as I was) about potential for a capital raise as a result of this CD19 transaction, Leslie took that off the table in the Zoom presentation (today) and the Proactive media interview (yesterday) when she confirmed there is approx $35m coming from exercise of well in-the-money options over the next two years. Add this to the current circa $30-32m in the bank and we can sleep well.
