Something that really caught my ear when listening in to the Webinar was the answer to one of the questions of how CF-33 CD-19 is different to other OVs in development (this is very close to the end of the recording). This is something I was also wondering & Yuman answered that for us.

CD-19 is found on the surface of B cells circulating in the blood (we all know about B cells here right lol). They have inserted CD-19 genetic material into the CF-33 OV & not the whole molecule. It’s like the shell of it, so it won’t cause any kind of immune response or damage on its own (and I think that was where the question in regards to cytokine release syndrome was coming from, which to date has not been observed with CF-33 CD-19)....it tags the tumour for the CD-19 targeting CAR T to recognise & also the cells around it that the OV has infected. WE HAVE COMPLETE PATENT PROTECTION OVER THIS! Have a listen to this bit again if you need to.

Also Yuman talks about combination therapy with an already FDA approved CAR-T earlier on, & when listening it seems to be that one in particular may already be lined up by his words, as he does mention numbers treated with this CD-19 CAR T therapy already. I don’t know, but see what you think people. You miss a lot by only listening to these things once.

My understanding is combined CF33 and CD19 Car T, the clinical trial is just a formality as it is Super effective. After Clinical trial, it will be license to the Pharma.
All in my own opinion.
