The DFS NPV was $665M and the FEED presentation NPV is $614M.
The investor presentation as you point out is $415M. Originally I thought APC may have made typo and used the DFS number in the FEED but they have gone from nominal to real in their model.
It's funny how when a company gets real, the numbers don't look so good (as was suggested by another WA SOP company some time ago).
Looks like this project isn't quite as profitable on a comparative basis as some may have thought.
