Sure it's a high volume day but what does a high volume day actually mean. 200 K in Aussie dollars.
Two big trades.
The reasons it stinks of B.S
1. Friday sell down, weekly close is important in trading. Don't get into a fight with aggressive buyers offloading early in the week.
2. Physiological effect on small traders. i.e - do it on the weekend and effectively increase the lag. - also as folks access their portfolios over the weekend they might think I'm going to cut tax losses on this thing.
3. Do it before drilling on nickel starts.
Oppies expire in August.
