highly doubt it - the loan is from Peter Meurs top shareholder with 13%+ which was made in April.
So in the span of a month he has decided he would like to dilute his holdings with a CR when he can wait a few months for results of Remap-cap/CLARITY 2.0 + FSGS phase 3 initiation?
Cmon mate at least check out previous presos in Mar and Jan and see if they came with a CR.
They are trying to keep everyone informed with an updated preso every couple of months.
