I wasn't aware of the 20% inferred threshold (limit), so I went researching and found it to be considered as "the TakeOver Threshold", from what I make it's regulated that no one party can exceed 20% holding, except under certain exceptions, the most common one being their intention to make a take-over over, henc "The TakeOver Threshold"
