Hmm that is something to ponder. A business is only worth something if it can execute and they have consistently failed to execute over a long period of time. The question is whether the patents represent better value in someone else's hands that is capable of executing vs the existing team that has little idea on how to manufacture and manage the business in general as they are really just an R&D facility not a business. The only bright spot is that at least this seems straight forward.
