I was wondering how well pre-clinical cancer studies in mouse translate into human clinical trial results?
Answer
"If I see a fraction of what we saw pre-clinically with CF33, I would be pleased. It also depends on the pre-clinical studies but Prof. Yuman Fong used the national cancer line which are validated. You kill a few lines and it tends to go okay in the clinic however, CF33 killed all the lines so you can imagine my excitement."
