The CPH directors are trying to jump ship, but the new entity, if it goes ahead, will be playing the same games. If it doesn't go ahead... ouch. Either way, it shouldn't take a genius to see that this is going to tumble in price. There was never any genuine value, but this train wreck of a situation is going to spook everyone. Even if it does go ahead, which it likely will, and even with some holders believing in the company fundamentals (goodness only knows why), the directors abandoning ship will surely cause people to raise an eyebrow (when the people telling you it's so super amazing suddenly run away... surely you have to be concerned) and of course delisting from the ASX is a major headache for Australian holders; most of them won't be able to trade or hold them on their current platforms, and the tax situation is a big headache, so presumably most, or at least many, will be looking to exit before it delists. The smart ones will get out early, but some will be caught in the last minute scramble.
