The company has not commented on the legal case so my assumption is is that they find it of no relevance .
I do wonder where Prof Sinclair sits with all of this - another poster said she had something to do with plaintiff in the past

Still find it odd that formulation and manufacturing not done and dusted
UK appears to be opening up so hopefully IXC can get cracking .
