Probably the institution that has been approached for the future CR are buying up, creating the hype, others jump in while they slowly drip it out whilst keeping the SP up. Institution has made their profit, once all has all been dripped out, the CR ann is sent to the ASX with the 15% drop in the 5 day VWAP and then slowly the institution that has bought the X amount of CR issue starts to drip it out again.
