I've been following EDE for far longer ie when it was drifting along for years at 1-2 cents.. IMO It has never been anything more than a delusional clean energy fantasy spun off TAS, Hythane Corporation aka Eden Innovations is basically a group of diesel mechanics in a shed in Colorado. The business 'plans' have never been much more than half-baked research projects.
Universities don't sell or licence 'billion dollar' technologies to Penny Dreadful companies for a token amount. They expect tens of millions upfront and royalties for anything considered valuable.
