The reason why I mention MIO is because they are going to transport their ore to Esperance... 130 kms west of Menzies to Esperance.
They are aggressively putting all this into place. They have been in discussions with the Esperance port for a few months about the loading facilities
So if all this is being done by a junior player like MIO, then it should be easier for GWR to do.

I'm also sure that the Esperance Port won't want another 2 or 3 mining companies setting up their own loading facilities. Hopefully they will be making any new facilities shared.

In a report MIO tabled recently they were highlighting that their tipping facilities are to be shared as well as the facilities on terminal 3 I think it was which was what they were doing studies on.
GWR had an agreement with Esperance port back in the day and am sure that it wouldn't be that hard to re-evaluate.
