Hopefully its the start of something much bigger and those thirty are a trial run for someone with deep pockets and connections. The product is brand new and if it's as good as we think it is, switching to it over time should be a no brainer.
In terms of the frictionless shopping I don't think its quite that simple. I believe we supply the shelving equipment etc for the capsule like stores however actually deciding to open capsule stores etc is more heavily influenced by partners/clients making those orders I would say. The fact another has been ordered is a positive sign that decision makers see it as profitable and very much worth testing further.
The work with Hitachi is where the big money lies in terms of offering supermarkets a frictionless solution however getting that to adoption will be a slow rolling snowball I think.
I encourage others to chip in with further info and/or correct me however as I havn't kept up to date as well as id have liked recently.
