Hi Rolla, nothing wrong with showing past negatives for FAR to counter the positives but I would disagree with your "same management" statement with 2 directors going. I'd even go as far as saying that you can't replace everyone at once or you would get a SDL situation (their management team got killed in a plane crash).
Maybe stick with the facts or your opinion but give the upramping label a miss. Otherwise people will call you a downramper for just presenting negative arguments all the time.
