Just a discussion (I'm not the sensitive type). People often read an attitude into words that is simply not there.
I personally don't believe in uprampers or downrampers and covert theories about trying to influence the SP for their own benefit. I very much doubt any affect on HC directly influencing SP materially although others will dispute this.
