No I haven't seen it before either. However the same amount of uranium in 1lb U3O8 is 0.84376lb as UF6; but the price U3O8 is currently US$32.3/ilb and as UF6 is US47/lb. So I assume that US$25.6/lbs AISC (as UF6) translates to US$25.6*32.3/(47*0.84376) = US$20.84 AISC equivalent

An interesting point is that PLEF is viable at current uranium prices let alone forecast prices
