When the Russians produced 1KG of ultra pure Si 28 it cost 1 million euros, that was by centrifuge, if the market increases significantly as they seem to think, then it will be a market worth having, but I don't believe they will be getting any where near 1 million euros per kg but the market will increase in size, could it be that that 5kg is sold to the quantum people for the sum of AU$ 1.8 million offtake agreement?
