I'd imagine that a recording of the conference call will be uploaded in the next few days.
Donald said words to the effect of; we'll be appointing a successor that is better than me and can take the company to the next level. Pure class. That's enough evidence for me that CDA won't self-destruct after his departure.
I'm in the middle of reading this book and Codan/Donald are a perfect fit. I'd strongly encourage all longterm holders to give it a read.
