There has been a little bit of encouraging strength in the price action these last days.
The challenge is to break through $4.10 as this has been resistance for the last year. After that the next stop around $4.50.
It has been trading within a relatively tight range for some time (with the lower support around $3.20), so when it breaks out it we should go for a bit of a run.
I have held OBL for many years, and I think our time has come.
