Based on the info provided the profit in the first year is about $35m before management expenses, exploration spend, interest, depreciation and tax.
If annual profit was say $20m or $15m after these expenses then at the MC of about $70m based on a SP of 25c (at the shares on issue) would mean a PE of 3.5 to 4.7 but remember the mine life is only 5 years (with upside). They will have about $30m in cash giving at EV of $40m ie EV/Profit is 2 to 2.7 at the above profit figures.
