Yes, definitely a consideration.
However I think existing capital will be enough at this stage for DW.
Any acquisitions that have been mentioned will be pushed back imo. Capital will only be used to securitise DW.
I also think that the reason for more than one financier is that possibly the big 4 lender that the initial discussion was with may not have had the risk appetite to fund the lot at this point.
The red sea is still a while off Imo. If they are able to secure 3 to 4 hundred million initially, it is still a very good start.
The risk appetite will then open for further funding dependent on revenue
