In the HY they stated they believe they have enough cash to fund operations for the next 12 months. Of course that doesn't preclude a CR, it may even be hinting at one - for investment or growth purposes. We'll see.
I took a first tranche today after being in and out prior to the Dun and Bradstreet ann. I too have had my doubts with this business. I wasn't convinced with management. However price is stabalising and I believe it's cheap enough for an initial tranche. Balance sheet looks ok, cyber security macro tailwinds, revenue growth, nil debt, Dun and Bradstreet deal, 227M SOI. Worth a punt.
