I think the shares as well over valued, 15 cents seems like a more realistic valuation IMHO. Having said that the great thing about exploration is a few good drill holes can change that. There are plenty of companies with leases like the Osprey area of RRR. The Diane project is very low on detail. There is no way to objectively review the project from the information provided. There are no drill results to consider the Green Hill zone although we know the previous mining grade of the VMS we don't know what the drill results beneath the mined area found. Was there a very good reason the mining didn't go deeper? OK we know from the sections that it extends below the workings. Let say this has about 10,000t Cu based upon the previous mined results reported and geometry shown in sections. This equates to $100,000,000 of copper but the mining, processing and transport costs along with exploration and corporate costs there will be some much smaller amount available to shareholders. Without a new discovery the returns are likely to be gobbled up by further exploration.

However I must state that the information in the prospectus and presentation is very light on for facts such as drill results. Therefore determining exploration potential is almost impossible. Why not show some bench or level plans from the mine to show the depth continuity of grade and thickness? Why not provide some drill results?

Not investment advice, DYOR. One good set of drill results on a new discovery could see share price increases but I don't see this company as being worth $100m at present. Just my view and lacking real information.
