It’s interesting as we recently had this debate about what needed to be announced as part of Continuous Disclosure and what we as interested investors want to see disclosed. It comes down to the balance of what aspects of trial data must be disclosed because of the materiality test and what level of detail we want to see but that it becomes an overt burden on the company because we are all interested in the minutiae of detail.
We have seen these type of slides before indicating next steps and a general temporal aspect that seems to be affirmed at a later date. But when it comes to test results they assume an independent test of disclosure and will be the subject of a stand alone announcement. So I feel that these slides will be relied upon by the company to overcome any question over CD and cover off the reality that there is a lot of detail that many are now interested in that of itself may not be important information. Just my observations.
