nothing against the performance rights, I think they keep management aligned…but so would shelling out a few of you own bucks into the company you’re working so hard for

i wouldn’t be too worried. Gardner got given like 40M of his shares in nicklore days and only shelled out $80kfor the others. Deloub 4M shares are worth $160k which is more than his salary. Trust me he will be wanting the share price to go up as much as the next guy.
