Why do you think they would delist the stock? They have outlined the allegations. The alleged breaches occurred over a year ago in relation to effectiveness of a product, that was later proved to be correct, and sales projections that were inaccurate/untrue. That's all ASIC are looking at. Nothing after that is in question or they would have included that in the charges. Penalty worthy if ASIC succeed, yes. But delist worthy, highly unlikely - or just about every bank would have been delisted by now. Besides, they have made it pretty clear they are gunning for the Doc.
