A lot of their works are open tenders for government agencies, those agencies post the award of such contracts into the public forum so you can see what the amount was for the successful tender. Despite them being unsubstantiated this is where the industry talk would establish itself from.
In factual terms though they are clearly not making enough margin hence the huge historical debt levels. The balance sheets haven't been impressive for some time, take out all the ongoing 'development costs' its hard to establish when they actually made a profit.
