I'm not in the business of talking sh*t.

I'm a big fan of Con's work. This is the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle.

Once this Rights Issue is completed, it will free Con (CL) and allow him to continue to grow the ARR and the company's profitability.

Any shortfall, (my assumption is around 20%-25% maximum) will be swallowed up by Reach and their clientele. I'm personally taking up 80% of my entitlement. My mail is the major share holders are also taking up significant chunks of their entitlements.

I see a very bright future ahead for a dynamic company, led by very astute CEO.

Lets not forget, CL's last 3 purchases have been nothing short of brilliant, a sure sign that he is a great negotiator and someone who knows value.

He is the right man for this phase of the company's growth path.
