Need to correct all4info post below.
ADM are chipping 200k only if they are repaid the 7M debt in full. So this has been done to mislead investors to support the raise.
First Samuel are only committing 1m if ADM 7 and FS 3.5 are repaid in full so the only way this going to happen is if the raise 9m from the rights issue and FS then take up the final 1m.
so they are far from being guaranteed 3.37 and they have already spent the 2.17.


ADM is chipping in $200k to the shortfall (small but a start).. They wouldn't throw in good money after bad for the sake of it.
First Samuel has put their hand up for $1m of shortfall shares.
They have already got 2.17m from the placement.

So this guarantees $3.37 so far from from the issue... Even if they got a 20% take up on rights, that is a big chunk of debt repayment...
