#1 Shareholder has approx 60m shares. This would leave him with an entitlement of 42m shares. Would need to write a cheque out for $1.26m. Interesting to see what will happen there.
#2 Shareholder is First Samuel. They must be taking up their entitlement since they are chipping in $1m in the shortfall.
Looks like lots of people are sitting on the sidelines here waiting for a sign before they commit to TTI.
If TTI gets the $10m ADM and First Samuel Debt will be paid out and the only debt that will remain will be the normal overdraft facility that covers debtors. This was mentioned in the webinar with Reach and Con on Monday.
If they get the full $10m TTI is cheap.
