4. Holder(s) who feel that the supply of raw material is likely to be interrupted by the pandemic.
5. Holder(s) who feel that manufacturing might be interrupted by the pandemic.
6. Holder(s) who feel that supply of finished product into global markets is likely to be disrupted by the pandemic.
7. Somebody suddenly needed a million dollars.
