This board is at a point where they need to stump up and deliver. If not they need to hand over to people that will. Forget the fluff in this doc. They have had plenty of time and when u for example research BBs back history....which by the way is harder now than it was 12 to 18 months ago, you will see why we need to be concerned if you consider companies he has been involved in and before and after share prices on his exit I consider this ...as an observer to be of concern.
I couldn't understand the results of the last GM where it looked like there was a no confidence vote getting up against the board but on balance it didn't get over the line....happy for someone to explain this one to me.
This rubbish about financing by deadline and earlier anns where they say next year we will look at financing when we were a couple of months out from xmas just annoys me. This is looking like a gravy train for these guys at this point in time.
