To be better informed, I'd like to know why Reconstruction Experts isn't yet licensed to operate in every USA mainland state.
Is it because there are strong competitors in some states that have cornered the market, are bureaucratic hurdles not worth it due to the smaller size of the possibilities in some less populous states or is it simply that RE is so busy in its existing operations that it hasn't had time to expand 'everywhere'?
