The customers of Carters are very defensive including all the firms supplying NZ's supermarkets, some of the rubbish trucks, buses, road construction firms etc.
This presentation is very clearly set out and to me seems like another compelling acquisition which fits their strategy.
As others have pointed out- you can lose Coopers and have a couple of tough years and the price is still cheap.
