While the shocking situation with tourism and some other sectors in small population NZ thanks to its woke Marxist Dear Leader in St Jacinda is a huge concern, the detailed explanation NTD has given is somewhat reassuring. Maybe the prospect of an even worse business environment when NZ starts panicking even more about the allegedly less deadly Omicron variant has reduced the price NTD is paying?

It's unclear what's driven the sale. Perhaps Mr Carter finally wanted to just work part time, and after a while retire and purchase some multi million dollar property?

NTD is sticking to its knitting, which is to be applauded. We cannot give financial advice but subscribing for one's full entitlement seems sensible.

You have to love how this growing company promised more acquisitions and this is the second accretive deal in a matter of weeks. That old expression 'hitting its strides' comes to mind.
