    ARV will still be fully regulated by ASX and soon the FCA. That will make it twice as difficult for ARV board. Every news release will need to comply with ASX and JORC and everything else. London AIM is now part of the LSE so reporting standards are very strict. And every news release will need to be identical. Look at EMH.
