OK, so perhaps a dumb newbie question:
What do they mean by diluted and undiluted in this case? I understand cap raises and dilution, but not this.
When they say a distribution of $1.13 per share. How does that work? You get a cheque at some point to that amount. And is that treated as a dividend by ATO, or do you get the 50% CGT benefit. I have held many years now.
And afterwards you still have your shares, but at a lower price?
