As stated the subscriptions are only $600 usd p/a and with record realestate prices being achieved globally along with record commissions this fee if quite laughably cheap when you think about.
Have a close look at the fine print regarding pricing. I think management think the subscriptions are too cheap for what the paying agents are gaining from using the paid platform.
With a steady on boarding of paying agents and at a higher monthly subscription, profitability is only a month or two away imho.
