I would highly highly doubt they'll pay a dividend. Their cash balance went down in the first half as they built inventory to deliver on orders. Hopefully they don't get stuck with too much. This business has high working capital requirements and it's probably difficult to forecast demand given everything that's going on - so it would be crazy (in my opinion) to issue one until they have more than enough cash.
Also a bit of capex going on with the Indian facility.
