This is what is happening and likely to occur.
They have no JORC but do have 100,000+ meters of shallow drilling over kilometers of 2 important discoveries.
Deeper drilling is ongoing and has provided a couple economic grades over large intersections suggesting repeated stacked lodes.

Nearby mine processing plants owned by Anglo Gold Ashanti, Goldfields and Dacian have a lot of spare capacity.
I am sure they are aware of MAU and what they have achieved. MAU now have Jefferies opening a data room, on display will be, drill results, geological, geophysical, metallurgical, mapping and spatial data.
This will allow the above mining companies, plus others to pour over the data and will establish mining inventory from the shallow drilling and also realize that the stacked lodes are consistent with stacked lodes also noted at Wallaby and Granny Smith, etc.etc.
In WA the resource analysts are more aware of what drilling constitutes value. Degrey had a $300m market Cap before they had a resource statement.
Nearby gold companies will be looking at establishing rough pit designs for maximum economic returns given short trucking distances to their existing processing plants.
Met recoveries are known.
Strip ratios are likely to be very low.
Existing local mining companies know the local mining economics and already have the contractors and personnel required.
They would regard the integration of Hawks Nest 9 and/or Lady Julie to their existing operations as a walk in the park.
Jefferies is one of the biggest and most influential M&A operators in the WORLD. They bring international exposure to MAU in the form of reach to all major mining houses in the world thereby exposing Hawks Nest and Lady Julie to them. The fact that they are taking on this job gives a lot of credibility to the projects. I would expect the market cap to rise on expectations to well above $500m. They are capable of taking MAU to the rest of the world and help other majors go through the options for establishing a new operation as well.
How deep does the resource go? is the big question, part of this will be revealed with the balance of the deep drilling, this could be huge and really give some further substance to an already large amount of shallow drilling with stacked lodes over kilometers.
Enter Jefferies who are empowered to increase the value of shareholders investments as only they can do.
The other big ticket item is the nickel, the Julimar/Chalice look alike, now talk about a large market cap with out a JORC. We all know that story. Just a thought.
