Yes, either a ‘change in substantial holding’ (reduced position) or a ‘ceasing to be a substantial holder’ (if they’ve dumped to under 5%). Watch the volumes over the next day or so. But any way you look at it, they’re massively underwater on a $96.9M investment in a company who has a fluffy five year plan but won’t provide guidance for next year. Red flags abound.
FWIW if I was a trader (which I’m not) I would not be doing a trade here - the sell off could continue if Mondrian decide to cut their losses.
