If you look at the past background of the board of directors, they have a rounded background with experience in all the aspects you need to go from explorer to producer:

You are right, the people need to be experienced and be able to implement the plan. When you look across the experience and caliber of these people as a combined entity, what do you regard as the missing piece, if any?
