What i don't get is, they planning to buy mines, build hubs and do all this drilling and have no money. Wouldn't it be better to raise 100 Million beforehand, that they have enough cash to do what they want to do ? Now they just burning investors money with diluting every few weeks. Every accountant would get grey hair looking at it.
