Your either trolling or not very bright ,,
Have management placed a buffer in that presentation ?? do the timelines seem long to you in your experience ??
Will there ne any other catalysts in the near term to move the share price ??
Project financing on that graph is penciled in for late 2022 early 2023 ,,what will the share price do if MGU obtain finance ??
Also the BFS is scheduled for 2022 early 2023 ,, this is when we will get some solid figures .
You do realise that the market is forward looking ??
Below is rough guide on how to price a company on certain milestones .

"my general rule of thumb for (FAIR VALUE) S/P as a function of NPV is as follows. 1) SS/PFS performed, no offtakes, no finance = 10-20% of NPV 2) DFS/BFS pilot plant no offtakes no finance = 15-30% of NPV 3) Either of the above with offtakes secured = 25-40% 4) Any of the above with finance secured = 35-50% 5) in construction near term production = 50-75%"

So if MGU can have the BFS and project financing by early 2023 then the company should be sitting at roughly 40 to 50% of NPV !!!!
I om very happy with the presentation ,, the timelines are now set and the company will tick the boxes one by one and the stock will rerate accordingly .
