Hi mate , nope you have not missed a rough NPV , well not one stated by the company anyway , and this is in my opinion why MGU have not taken off yet .
The company need to announce some figures on how much they plan to produce and what the profit per tone will be , and so on .
Theres been a few really good posts on here that have speculated on some figures but unfortunately nothing form management .
But for arguments sake assume they can produce 500k tones a year with Pig Iron at $600 per tone with a profit of $200 or $250 per tone and throw in a modest P/E of 6 (based on other producers ) and the numbers look pretty good .
Now we know the price of pig iron has been rising so im lowballing ,, i think Fast Markets has Pig Iron at around $900 per tone currently .
Lots of upside in my opinion but the market still not aware of the potential .
