1. I'm not 100% sure, but as far as I know, they have the ability to see the refunds back on the card at some stage. I could be wrong.
2. Perhaps the market will be informed of the big customers, as they have in the past. But little ones, I doubt the market will be updated. It would be like one of the big four banks going into a trading halt every time they approve a new mortgage application.
