    Would you sell your shares for 50c ?
    I am more than sure that most holders would NOT accept that offer
    I would dare say that the NXM board would advise ALL holders NOT to take that offer either.
    NXM seems tightly held so it would be extremely unlikely that such a low ball offer would be successful.
