At 50 cents and let’s say NST was trading at $10 which it is not quite atm a 1 for 20 fully script bid would mean NST issuing 15 million new shares to acquire NXM.
At $1 it would mean 30 million new NST shares.
Both scenario’s would mean minimal dilution for NST existing holders and they pick up a fantastic asset in the Wallbrook project with so much future upside.
Also remember our tenure is situated on a granted mining lease which Andy went to great lengths to explain at this week’s RIU conference.
I have no doubt that NST would love to be able to pump our soft oxidised open cut ore blended with there hard rock coming from underground which would increase there current through put at their Carasue Dam mill.
